DustCrust 2000 is a concentrated latex polymer emulsion, specially formulated for sealing stockpiles

DC2000 offers long term protection and excellent resistance to both wind and water erosion.

The concentrated product is simply diluted with water and applied via a water truck. The fast-curing product penetrates the upper surfaces and binds particles together to form a hardened crust layer.

DustCrust 200 is suitable for: coal, iron ore, ash, earthworks and unmade ground in open areas.

The water used does not need to be potable. Best-Chem foam systems are equipped with specially designed large-orifice nozzles that are resistant to blocking. However, sediment in the water can affect pumps and valves, so we recommend filtration to 50 microns.

Water usage varies depending on the application, but typically ranges between 0.1% and 0.5% of the material’s weight—substantially lower than conventional water spray systems.
